Refund Policy

We want every yard to be spotless and every customer happy. This policy explains our satisfaction guarantee and how refunds and credits work.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If we miss something or you’re not satisfied with a cleanup, contact us within 24 hours of your service. We’ll return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge — that’s our first and best remedy.

Recurring Service

  • Recurring plans are billed in advance with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime.
  • If you cancel, any prepaid visits not yet completed are refunded or credited, minus any service already performed in the billing period.
  • Skipped visits that you did not request in advance (for example, a locked gate on your service day) are not refundable, since the technician still traveled to your property.

One-Time & Initial Cleanups

One-time and initial "catch-up" cleanups are quoted based on estimated conditions. If the yard requires substantially more work than quoted, we’ll contact you before proceeding. Completed one-time cleanups are non-refundable, but the satisfaction guarantee still applies — we’ll make it right.

How to Request a Refund or Re-Clean

Email support@barkbaggers.com or call/text (423) 830-4260 with your name, service address, and the date of service. Please reach out within 24 hours of the visit in question.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
