These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Bark Baggers pet waste removal services. By booking service with us, you agree to the terms below.
Our Services
Bark Baggers provides residential and commercial pet waste removal on a recurring or one-time basis. Service details, frequency, and pricing are confirmed during signup and may be adjusted based on yard size and conditions found on the first visit.
Scheduling & Property Access
- We service on a regular weekly route; the exact time of day may vary. We send a notification when your yard is complete.
- You are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the service area, including an unlocked gate on your scheduled day.
- Please secure aggressive dogs during service. Our technician may skip a visit (still billable) if a pet poses a safety risk or the yard is inaccessible.
- We photograph and double-check your closed gate on the way out.
Pricing & Payment
- Recurring service is billed on a regular schedule to the payment method on file through our secure billing platform.
- Your quote assumes a yard under ½ acre with a typical waste volume; unusually large yards, extra dogs, or heavy buildup (initial cleanups) may adjust pricing, which we confirm before charging.
- Prices may change with advance notice.
Cancellations, Skips & Holidays
- You may pause, skip, or cancel recurring service anytime — there are no long-term contracts.
- Please request skips or cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled day so we can adjust the route.
- We observe major holidays and may shift your service day that week; we’ll let you know in advance.
- Severe weather may delay service to the next available day for our team’s safety.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not happy with a cleanup, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the missed area at no charge. See our Refund Policy for details.
Liability
- We are not responsible for pre-existing yard conditions, lawn health, or damage not caused by our team.
- We are not liable for pets that escape due to a gate left unlocked or unsecured by the customer, or for injuries caused by a customer’s pet.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempting to disrupt service, providing false information, or using our content without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Tennessee.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
